Option 1: What is a sacred school text edition and how are we to interact with sacred belles-lettres?
From this class, I really got to learn what a sacred text is. I never really thought about what a sacred text was until this class. I knew that I had to respect a sacred text because they are important to religion, but the point of What is a sacred text? never really occurred to me until the jump of my sophomore year. As a class, we had discussed that a sacred text possesses an authority for individuals and groups that exceed normal conditions and have authority in peoples lives. at a time thinking about it, this definition really reflects how the sacred text is part of my life. The sacred text that I read, the book of account, does possess an authority in my life because the Koran shapes a lot of my decisions and a lot of expressions that I say. For example, whizz of my favorite quotes that I always say comes from the Koran. That quote is, So patiently persevere, for the promise of eitherah is true. This quote and many other quotes leave me perseverance, patience, optimism, and faith, which all show the authority that the Koran has in my life. All in all, the Koran is a big part of my life.



This is non because I read a small portion of it all day, but rather because it is a guide for my life, and a text that I can read no matter what the occasion, and a text that gives me strength and lets me find meaning in life.
